Just because I happen to be Santa Claus' Senior Second-in-Command doesn't mean
that I always have time to look after so many elves, y'know. There are many
other important things I must also deal with: principally, those precious
pieces of paper addressed to Santa himself! Ever since the Internet became one
of the Boss' many tools for communicating with his many fans all over the world,
it has been estimated that Santa has more often been e-mailed than he has been
written to by hand (that is, with simple pen and paper).
