Forkbeard's Frosty Fjord

Commentary and Anecdotes from the Imperial Historian

Welcome to this portion of the Sterlingshire Pages where, if events warrant, the grandest items of note from my rather delicious memories will be made manifest. Also, this segment will introduce you to me in further depth, as well as reveal to you a little bit more about how I came to serve our Imperial Seneschal, His Lordship Duke Sir Alphonse; and, indeed, how I became the Imperial Historian in the first place! Huzzah!

Now, keep in mind that much of these pages, including the Fjord here, will be in a constant state of construction; but fear not. There are times when even I, Baron Olen Forkbeard, tend to get a lot of my work done in the most unusual of circumstances! So, fellow Ironthorners, keep a watch on Forkbeard's Frosty Fjord! The Historian doth watch for thee!

Greetings, and welcome to a newly-revamped and properly cleaned Strlingshire Pages. Here, as always, your humble Historian will attempt to type in the latest news and goings-on in and around not only my digs, but also all of Ironthorn as well.

We welcome to the Empire Lady Anastasia of Hightower. Believe me, it sure took a while to establish a proper connection to her website, but let's face it, when you're Ironthorn's smallest province, you find newer and wackier ways to improvise! So best wishes to all in the Realm of Hightower, and we here in Sterlingshire look forward to hearing of all your adventures really soon! Huzzah!

We also want to alert you to the fact that, due to upgrading by our hosts at Yahoo!/GeoCities, these Sterlingshire Pages, and our sister sites in Richard Washington's Blackbeard's Castle will go dark for the weekend of May 19th through the 22nd. Any member of Ironthorn wishing a word of Imperial business with thy humble Historian is herewith instructed to contact me via pirate1_power@hotmail.com or blackwolfmmi@aol.com. Thanks, everybody.

Remember, goodly gentles, as always, like the song says, the Barony can't do this on its own. Your input is needed, fellow Ironthorners! We happily welcome your e-mails. Please address them as shown in our Contact us! portion; we'd love hearing from you!

And yes, before long, there will be an archive of my commentaries posted hither; in that knowledge, I advise thee, as usual, to stay ye tun'd! For now, long live Ironthorn!
